Welcome to Croco IPTV. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Croco IPTV provides access to streaming content over the internet on a subscription basis. Access requires a compatible device and a stable internet connection. We do not sell or provide any hardware.
2. Subscriptions & payment
Subscriptions are sold as a one-time payment for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Payments are processed securely by our third-party providers (Stripe for card payments and our crypto payment processor). Access is activated once payment is confirmed.
3. Acceptable use
- Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use.
- Each plan includes the number of simultaneous connections stated at purchase.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast the service.
- You may not share your credentials beyond your own household.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
4. Service availability
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly with 24/7 support, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Occasional maintenance or third-party network issues may affect availability.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions described there.
6. Content responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you in your location.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
